Minton Marketing Manager - Add-on to MintonBook
All of the crucial information that you need to generate repeat business is contained in your Customers previous Appointment history. Say for example, you offer a particular service that you know your Customer has a requirement for every five weeks, the Minton Marketing Manager allows you to define "queries" based on your customers previous history. You can automatically identify all those customers that have not made an appointment in more than five weeks and send them (and only them) a promotional SMS text offering a discount, if they book by a certain day.

The Advanced reports Add-on presents you with a number of detailed reports that concentrate on crucial business metrics, such as;
1. Customers Profitability: This report lists in ascending order the customers whose appointments generated the most profitability in the specified date range. 2. Customer Frequency: This report lists in ascending order the customers frequency of appointments in the specified date range. 3. General Services: This report lists all active Services offered and the corresponding details in alphabetical order. 4. Services HRP: This report lists in ascending order the services with the highest Hourly Profitability Rating. It displays which Services generate the most profitability relative to cost and time. 5. Service Profitability: This report lists in ascending order the services that generated the most profitability in the specified date range. 6. Service Frequency: This report lists in ascending order the frequency of services carried out in the business as per the specified date range. 7. Employee Work Schedules: This report lists in alphabetical order the employees work schedule / roster. 8. Employee Profitability: This report lists in ascending order the employees whose appointments generated the most profitability in the specified date range. 9. Employee Productivity: This report lists in ascending order the amount of time the employees were engaged in the provision of services in the specified date range.
